About Dynamic Fitness


We want to make a workout the best part of your day, where you learn, develop, achieve and become better humans. We use results driven programming combined with sports specific training to help athletes to smash their goals and targets.

Our training sessions are 45 minutes long with one of our 5 excellent coaches, providing a warm up, group brief of the workout and finally a competitive workout. The community that surrounds the workout is what we pride ourselves on, making friends, sharing pain and pleasure through challenging workouts both mentally and physically.
